Pilot project
The project began with the identification of an appropriate construction object that suits best as pilot project. In November 2009 after a transparent selection process the pilot building was found. It is located in Kyiv, Sherbakova 52.
It consists of several buildings divided into two construction phases.
The activities of the first building phase concentrate on optimization of the energy concept and advice on quality management at the construction site.
